Full Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
  • Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.
  • Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Serves as the Communication Consulting organization's subject matter expert on data, analytics, and measurement. Defines and advocates for the organization's data and measurement requirements, partnering closely with Data & Analytics teams to identify and address data gaps, enhance reporting capabilities, and support large-scale analytics initiatives that improve communication effectiveness, participant engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Analyzes communication campaign performance, participant behavior, audience segmentation, and engagement trends to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Develops data-driven recommendations that inform communication strategies and improve participant outcomes.
  • Applies insights from prior communication efforts to scale successful approaches, guide future communication strategies, and drive continuous improvement. Partners with Communication Consultants and plan sponsors to leverage data, measurement frameworks, and campaign performance insights to maximize engagement and business results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
