Position Overview

  • Assist with Action Items, congressional taskers, and data calls
  • Update and maintain the content management system documentation on SharePoint, the office website, and shared folders. Post announcements and relevant updates for the program
    • Distribute correspondence and documentation to external stake holders to facilitate office information flow
      • Prepare and coordinate briefings, including developing presentation materials and capturing meeting notes
        • Conduct research, gather background information, and take notes to support team forums
          • Organize initiatives and work with officers to plan off-sites or events


Key responsibilities shall include:

  • Perform programmatic duties to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the front office
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at the Directorate, Mission Center, Department, and Branch levels and across the USG
    • Manage task assignments and coordination with key stakeholders through the official tasking system
      • Prioritize and coordinate actions to meet the needs of the Mission Center Front Office and other key stakeholders
        • Facilitate timely completion of tasks by collaborating with Action Staff and Action Points of Contact (POC)
          • Assist in the preparation of action deliverables, including editing and consolidating briefing materials, talking points, and other supporting documents


Required Skills

  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
    • Minimum of four (4) years' experiences supporting the IC
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives
    • Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
      • Excellent time management
        • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
          • Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track Sponsor activities
            • Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
            • Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
              • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities
