What You’ll do
As the Business Process Manager (BPM), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include documenting existing processes, proposing strategic enhancements, and assessing the impact of implemented changes on our overall business processes.
- Evaluate existing business processes, including the proper capturing and cleansing of underlying source data.
- Understand and analyze data within Oracle MFCS to support business processes, projects, and decision-making.
- Support data cleansing initiatives related to business projects and system implementations to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Determine and outline business process improvements.
- Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and adjust as needed.
- Understand Oracle MFCS functionality and evaluate how the implementation of other systems and technology may impact the Buying and Merchandising teams and their processes.
- Provide support to the Buying and Merchandising teams by answering questions and providing guidance related to Oracle MFCS functionality and business processes.
- Present progress reports and integrate feedback.
- Revise and update procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in current processes.
- Lead change management initiatives related to process improvements, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Communicate changes effectively to relevant stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing necessary support.
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications
Essential Qualities for Success
- At least 5 years of experience in business process management and retail, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, instructions, and information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong orientation toward process-driven approaches, demonstrated through previous experience an accomplishment.
- Demonstrate confident and clear communication skills to express thoughts, opinions, and ideas in a respectful manner.
- Experience in coordinating and managing complex projects, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resources to complete a project on time.

- Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
- Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.

The pay range for this position is $76,500 - $101,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
