Full Job Description
Business Process Expert (BPE) of Supply Chain Planning for Cytiva is responsible for enabling the efficient and effective performance, integration and governance of the supply chain planning business processes, supporting the adoption of new creative, innovative and ambitious solutions to meet the strategic challenges of tomorrow

This position reports to the Planning Centre of Excellence Director and is part of the Global Supply Chain Organization.

What you will do:
  • Be a visible, leading and supporting partner for the user community - gather, understand, analyze and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements; provide training and improve ERP utilization; build test scenarios, support and complete testing; ensure alignment between end user needs and strategic direction
  • The BPE is the solution expert of ERP planning modules and planning support systems, leading process automation and improvement initiatives. The go-to person for detailed setup or solution design question.
  • Develop SME's and partner with them in cross functional initiatives, building relationships with the organization's leaders to ensure deliverables progress and bottlenecks in the supply chain are addressed.
  • Deliver robust global processes and technology template standardization across ERPs and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Develop long term strategies for process and technology optimization, to develop a robust logical roadmap and delivering to the agreed improvements to standardize across the global organization

Who you are:
  • 5+ years of SAP and/or Oracle experience in commercial, manufacturing and logistics operational roles in multicultural environments, with proven experience in continuous process improvement to draw upon in this role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration points, with a focus on planning enabled through technology.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in enterprise-level SAP and/or Oracle projects using waterfall methodology, with knowledge of systems configuration, EDI flows
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels - simplifying the most complex solutions.


Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
  • Ability to travel - Domestic & International travel, up to 50%
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma, APICS Certification, Project management qualification - Prince2, PMP etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed, ambiguous environment.

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
