Position SummaryThe Business Process Engineer supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by supporting process improvements and workflow optimizations across EDA program operations. This role supports the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record and aligns program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.

Job Description- The Business Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and workflows.
- The position requires developing documentation and recommendations for operational efficiency.
- Engineers will support transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record.
- The role includes aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.
Required Qualifications and ExperienceThe contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field; or
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in business process engineering.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.
- Developing requirements traceability matrices and capability development documentation.
- Aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.
- Supporting DoD Program of Record transitions.
- Stakeholder coordination and documentation development.
Required Skills and Competencies- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.
- Working knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and JCIDS processes.
- Proficiency in developing requirements traceability matrices and capability documentation.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to support program transitions and governance alignment.
Education- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lean Six Certification (Preferred, Not Required)
- PMP (Preferred, Not Required)
- KM Certification (Preferred, Not Required)
- CBAP (Preferred, Not Required)
Clearance Requirement- The ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance as specified by the program.
