In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. You will leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and industry best practices to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.

PreferredQualifications- 8+ years of experience in business process management, operations, consulting, or program management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, or project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Self-driven with strong business acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.
