Position Description: CGI Federal is looking for a candidate with a client-focused mindset and analytical capabilities to support the objectives of the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ) for our Intel Community partner.
As a member of this team you will assist the government with financial management operations, monitor and coordinate program resource allocations, supports the GEO-F and ORBIT systems, including future enhancements, development and validation financial requirements.
This position is located in Chantilly, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Analyze financial business processes and workflows to determine how business processes and supporting financial systems can be improved
. Recommend, plan, and complete business cases in support of business process and workflow improvements.
. Define and develop technical requirements and qualifications for implementation of new and/or improved business processes and workflows
. Identify business process and workflow risks and implement appropriate internal controls to mitigate those risks
. Assess current business processes and recommend changes to fit Momentum-based financial systems
. Develop and maintain a financial business process documentation digital library
. Educate business process owners on new or revised processes and workflows
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Active TS with ability to obtain and maintain a SCI with CI poly
. Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT or business-related field such as Business, Management, Leadership, MIS, Computer Science.
. 4 years' experience in financial business processes and workflows
. 1 year of experience in process and/or systems development, process mapping and/or process reengineering.
. 1 year experience with process documentation, process management, and systems configuration management and testing in Momentum based application.
. Active Sig Sigma Green Belt certification
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. 3 years of experience with the Momentum Financials system
. 1 year of demonstrated experience with IBM TM-1 and COGNOS.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $172,400.00.
