Description

Tharros is seeking a Lead Business Process Analyst to support a Department of Defense customer by analyzing mission-oriented business functions, workflows, systems, and organizational processes. This Journeyman-level role will identify inefficiencies, assess opportunities for improvement, and develop practical recommendations that align processes, policies, systems, and organizational structures with mission and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate brings experience in business process analysis, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and organizational change, with the ability to develop innovative solutions and translate recommendations into actionable improvements. This individual will collaborate with program stakeholders to implement process changes while supporting broader acquisition, modernization, and mission-support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for defining and developing business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics
  • Conducts analysis of business processes: current state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, organizational assessment, and other related tasks
  • Takes the project from the original concept through final implementation. May coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls
  • Plans and implements process improvements, including future state design, change management, and transition planning
  • Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control


Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics or related field. and 10+ years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics or related field. plus 15 years of experience may be accepted.
  • Experience should include enterprise-level business process definition, current-state and gap analysis, process improvement planning, change management, metrics development, presentations, training, and Government-approved tools relevant to the assignment.
