The role sits at the intersection of business, manufacturing operations, and IT/product development: you will support large cross-functional initiatives (epics) that deliver capability improvements across ERP/MES/PLM and related systems. You will translate business strategy into prioritized delivery, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure epics are decomposed into features and stories that deliver measurable operational value.

  • Lead cross-functional discovery with manufacturing stakeholders (operations, quality, engineering, supply chain) to capture needs and validate solutions

  • Decompose epics into features, capabilities, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and traceability

  • Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and align with product strategy and release plans

  • Drive planning and execution in Agile/SAFe environments — participate in PI planning, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

  • Liaise with product managers, solution architects, developers, QA, release managers, and business SMEs to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain requirement artifacts, process maps, integration and data flow diagrams, and decision logs

  • Support testing activities: define test scenarios, validate UAT outcomes, and coordinate defect resolution

  • Lead change management: prepare training materials, support communications, and coordinate rollouts with operations and support teams

  • Track and report epic progress and outcomes using agreed KPIs; escalate risks and issues proactively

  • Apply continuous improvement and Lean thinking to refine processes and reduce waste

Basic Qualifications:

  • (Level: 3) 5+ years of business analysis / product ownership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • 5+ years of solid understanding of manufacturing processes: discrete or process manufacturing, production planning, shop floor control, quality management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • (Level: 4) 7+ years of business analysis / product ownership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Demonstrated experience with manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, PLM) and integrations between them

  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile tooling (Jira, ADO) and documentation (Confluence/Macroscope)

  • Proven ability to write high-quality acceptance criteria, user stories, process flows, and technical handoffs

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence at all levels

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data (SQL knowledge preferred) and metrics to demonstrate impact
