Job Summary
The Business Performance Sr. Manager serves as a strategic advisor and key partner to the executive leader by providing leadership, operational support, and organizational oversight. Acting as the executive’s right hand, the Business Performance Sr. Manager ensures alignment with organizational priorities, facilitates decision-making, and oversees critical initiatives and cross-functional processes. This individual plays a pivotal role in driving accountability, efficiency, and communication within the organization. Impact of the Role

Essential Functions
  • Utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively.
  • Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress.
  • Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals.
  • Develops and manages reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership.
  • Executes and enables an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function.
  • May analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital.
