Join our team as a People & Culture Business Partner!

In this pivotal role, you'll help shape how our teams work, grow, and thrive. Partnering closely with business leaders, you'll support workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that make a meaningful impact on both people and business performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is ready to grow their career, influence business outcomes, champion an inclusive culture, and deliver practical, people-focused solutions that drive results.

This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design
  • Coach leaders through team dynamics, performance management, employee relations, and engagement opportunities
  • Ensure the consistent and fair application of People & Culture policies, programs, and practices
  • Provide guidance on employment legislation and organizational policies, balancing compliance, risk mitigation, and business needs
  • Partner with leaders to design and implement initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging, and recognition
  • Support talent and career development through coaching conversations, performance discussions, and learning opportunities
  • Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making
  • Support key moments across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, internal movement, and offboarding, to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance People & Culture service delivery across the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals


What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in People and Culture (HR) or a similar field
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is considered an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to leverage date and analytics to inform strategic decisions
  • Skilled at building relationships and trust with leaders and employees at all levels
  • Exceptional communication skills with expertise in conflict-resolution
  • Experience driving change initiatives while fostering adaptability and engagement
  • A CHRP certification is considered an asset
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
  • Bilingualism French and English is considered an asset

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $79,700 to $84,000 annually, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
