How will you fit in the big picture?

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and creating a positive employee experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters, coaching managers, and helping foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Accountabilities

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and deliver employee relations support for assigned client groups.


  • Assess workplace concerns, provide recommendations, and coach leaders on effective people management practices.


  • Partner with leaders to address performance management and employee development opportunities.


  • Support the execution of leadership development programs that build future-ready teams.


  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.


  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to provide proactive, solutions-oriented support.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated success in employee relations, coaching, performance management, and project management.


  • Strong consulting, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.


  • Experience partnering with leaders to drive positive business and people outcomes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
