Full Job Description
The Opportunity

This role would sit within the division that connects Booking Holding's travel supply and capabilities with business partners serving travelers through their own channels.

In this highly technical role, you will shape pricing and commercial strategies for partner opportunities, advise stakeholders on tradeoffs, and drive value through execution and experimentation. You will work across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing, and partner facing teams, often in situations where alignment matters as much as the analysis itself. Prefered background is someone from e-commerce and/or Travel-Tech companies.

What you'll do:

Own and evolve pricing strategies and optimization for B2B partner channels.

Build and lead experimentation roadmaps, including test design, success measures, decision frameworks, and post-test actions.

Evaluate pricing and growth opportunities through structured analysis, including elasticity, incrementality, cannibalization, and scenario modeling where relevant.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior internal and external stakeholders; surface trade-offs, align priorities, and drive decisions to closure; Coordinate cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing, and operations teams. You will turn complex findings into concise executive narratives, recommendations, and decision ready materials. Manage strategic partner and vendor interactions when required, including presentations, working sessions, and follow ups.

What you'll bring:

Experience applying quantitative analysis to commercial decisions in technology, e-commerce, travel, management consulting, internal strategy, or pricing.

Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous questions, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend a path forward.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority and build alignment across functions, seniority levels, and geographies.

Fluency with data and analytical tools, including advanced SQL; experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or an equivalent platform.

Practical experience designing or interpreting controlled experiments and translating results into decisions.

A high-ownership, bias-for-action mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

A bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

It's a plus if you have:

A background in using quantitative data for decision making within tech, ecommerce , management consulting, internal strategy, or pricing initiatives.

Experience building decision frameworks or analytical tools that are used repeatedly in live business decisions.

Working knowledge of Python or R for modeling and scalable analysis.

An MBA or other advanced degree; equivalent operating experience is equally valued.

What success looks like:

Become a trusted advisor whose recommendations are clear, rigorous, and commercially grounded.

Turn pricing insights and experiments into decisions and coordinated execution.

Build alignment across stakeholders, functions, and markets.

Develop repeatable approaches that can scale across partners.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is: $187,700 - $208,600

Note on general employment requirements

Candidates should be authorized to accept employment in the US from any employer, should be willing to start within three weeks of accepting an offer, and must be able to work a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days per week in our Chicago office.
