Full Job Description
About the Role:

Are you the kind of person who hears someone say, "It would really help our business if our systems could handle this workflow better or faster," and your first reaction is to jump in and figure out a smarter way to do it?

If so, then this is the role for you.

We're looking for a Business Operations & Systems Lead to help our sales and recruiting 10x their performance by maximizing the AI capabilities of the Bullhorn CRM and Microsoft 365 platforms and ecosystems.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable translating business needs into technology solutions. You'll interact with business users, our technology vendors, and our leadership and serve as the day-to-day workflow owner and primary integration lead for our production tech platforms.

This is not a strategy role, nor is a ticket-taking admin or support role. It is a "you are the smart person who gets things done" role. In the morning you will might have a "business conversation" with end users about the problems they need solved, and then in the afternoon you will be rolling your sleeves up to design and implement a solution leveraging the AI capabilities of our platforms to solve them.

What You'll Do:

Workflow Ownership & Optimization
  • Own end-to-end sales and recruiting workflows across Bullhorn and its ecosystem of marketplace partners
  • Identify friction points and redesign processes to improve speed, consistency, and output
  • Standardize workflows across teams while maintaining necessary flexibility

System Configuration & Scalability
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Bullhorn and key integrations (e.g., SourceWhale, Candidately, Alex, and related tools)
  • Continuously refine system structure (fields, pipelines, automations) to align with evolving business needs
  • Ensure systems drive productivity - not manual workarounds

Business Partnership
  • Work directly with sales and recruiting teams to understand real-world workflow needs
  • Translate business requirements into practical system solutions
  • Introduce scalable solutions and push back when better approaches exist
  • Drive adoption through training, enablement, and clear process design

Integration Management (All Platforms)
  • Serve as the primary integration lead across Bullhorn and marketplace partners
  • Coordinate with vendor technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements
  • Ensure clean data flow and system interoperability across platforms

Automation & AI Enablement
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements using Microsoft 365, Copilot / Copilot Cowork, and Power Platform
  • Pilot and scale AI-driven workflows that improve productivity and reduce manual effort
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed automation into day-to-day operations

Data Quality & Reporting Foundations
  • Ensure systems support accurate, consistent reporting
  • Improve data hygiene and structure to enable better decision-making
  • Support reporting workflows and dashboards as needed

Requirements:
  • 3-6+ years of experience working with sales and/or recruitment technology platforms in a staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with Bullhorn or a similar ATS/CRM platform
  • A passion to learn, experiment and leverage AI platforms (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc) to accelerate productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to configure workflows, pipelines, and automations
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Comfortable working directly with business users in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Bullhorn marketplace tools (e.g., SourceWhale, Candidately, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot)
  • Experience improving sales or recruiting operations workflows
  • Experience working with vendor or integration partners
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus (not required)

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits and PTO package, including 401k, offered.

Application Deadline: We'll be accepting applications for this role until July 3rd, 2026.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.
