Full Job Description
Directs the optimization of core business operations by leading functional teams across finance, workforce planning, performance management, data analysis, supplier coordination, and operational strategy. Serves as a senior business management leader who synthesizes complex information, connects insights across capabilities, and translates financial, workforce, operational, and technology inputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Leads accurate, thoughtful, and fully developed work that enables CIO-level decision-making, strengthens operating discipline, improves business outcomes, and supports continuous improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to execute tactical goals while bringing strong technical fluency, analytical rigor, and solutioning capability to business operations. Manages supplier relationships, including cost management and performance evaluation. 3. Identifies, designs, and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows. 4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals. 5. Monitors, analyses, and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements. 6. Supports the development and executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives. 7. Identifies opportunities for integration of innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness. 8. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. 9. Provides leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and/or lower-level managers. 10. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, technology, data analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 2. Experience leading business operations, finance, workforce planning, strategy, performance management, or related functions in a technology-driven environment. 3. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial, workforce, operational, and delivery data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations. 4. Experience building financial models, business cases, capacity plans, dashboards, or analytical tools to support strategic decision-making. 5. Strong consulting, solutioning, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to connect dots across capabilities and translate ambiguity into actionable plans. 6. Proven ability to lead teams, strengthen operating routines, and ensure deliverables are accurate, thoughtful, and fully developed before senior-level review.
