Responsibilities
Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO on financial planning, budgeting, and business operations, providing visibility into company performance and growth opportunities.
Build the models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that drive decision-making across the company, identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions through market research, financial analysis, and strategic assessment, delivering clear recommendations to leadership.
Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes that enable the business to grow efficiently alongside the technology.
Lead complex, cross-functional special projects from concept to execution (e.g., evaluating new market entry strategies, optimizing customer pipelines, or structuring vendor opportunities).

Qualifications
