The Opportunity:

The Business Operations Specialist role at CACI involves supporting a Marine Corps Oracle R12 based ERP system. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for providing contract support services to the organization in a fast-paced environment, including support for program business and functional operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Lead and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, along with various personnel activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage and optimize asset management tasks, including the procurement of software/hardware, and the handling and tracking of government-furnished equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Innovate and improve business operations by independently collaborating with the technical team to create efficient Power Automate Flows and insightful Power BI dashboards.

  • Design, maintain, and layout SharePoint pages to enhance team collaboration and information accessibility, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

  • Initiate, monitor, and lead the CAC/SAAR process to ensure compliance and efficiency, identifying areas for process improvement.

  • Manage subcontracts, including financials and oversight, and perform other duties as needed to support program success.

  • Manage and oversee various system access accounts for contract personnel, ensuring security and compliance.

  • Utilize existing knowledge bases and established policies to provide effective support, while also independently identifying opportunities for process improvement.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to employee requests professionally, serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of issues handled

  • Research and interpret company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals, providing recommendations for improvements.

  • Offer education and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development and coaching them towards excellence.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
