About The Role

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will support Clinical Operations Managers and Product Managers by owning and driving the operational activities that improve performance across the therapist network. You will act as a key operational partner focused on optimizing therapist productivity, member access, and treatment adherence through strong data analysis, execution, and follow-through.

You will proactively identify operational opportunities, monitor performance trends, and coordinate actions that help teams achieve key business objectives. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while innovating using

technology.

Responsibilities

  • Help people with OCD get better and stay better by providing top-notch care through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform
  • Manage your caseload and schedule
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system
  • Participate in NOCD clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for OCD
  • Collaborate with our network of providers to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions

Requirements

Business Performance & KPI Management

  • Support Clinical Operations Managers in achieving operational goals and key performance metrics across assigned teams by augmenting clinical performance in the network.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including, but not limited to:
    • Unadjusted % to committed hours
    • Therapist Retention
    • Therapist utilization
    • Scheduling accuracy to protocol
    • Seen at clinically recommended frequency
    • Capacity management
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and operational opportunities through data analysis.
  • Build recurring reports, dashboards, and operational summaries to drive action and decision-making.

Operational Execution

  • Partner with Clinical Operations Managers to implement initiatives that improve business performance.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and action plans with therapists and operational teams.
  • Track and monitor completion of key activities and interventions.
  • Escalate risks, barriers, and operational concerns as appropriate.
  • Support workflow improvements and process standardization efforts.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with teams including Clinical Operations, Network Growth, Product, Revenue Cycle, and other operational stakeholders.
  • Assist with operational projects and initiatives aimed at improving member experience and therapist effectiveness.
  • Serve as an operational liaison to ensure timely execution of priorities.
