The Opportunity:


CACI is looking to add a Business Operations Manager to provide high level strategic support to the Site Lead and direct staff. This role is responsible for handling confidential information, managing projects and aligning business initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support overall leadership, strategy, and cross functional management to drive companywide initiatives and ensure departmental alignment.
  • Ensure business directives are effectively flowed down and implemented throughout the organization.
  • Lead effective internal communications, specific to the business unit, i.e., business unit all employee meetings.
  • Working directly with business unit leadership, review drivers of business performance and develop and implement gap closure plans to drive enhanced performance.
  • Coordinate executive reporting requirements to ensure data is organized and displayed effectively and shared with relevant stake holders at the corporate level.
  • Lead local community relations activities to support strategic priorities around becoming a trusted community partner and enhancing STEM education.
  • As work responsibilities may vary depending on specific program needs and/or business initiatives, the incumbent may be required to perform duties outside of the above listed tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.  
  • Proven experience as a trusted resource to leadership.
  • Business acumen and expertise to drive best-in class processes and efficiencies with demonstrated success.
  • Strong knowledge of the business unit – products, processes, and organization.
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate and present clear, concise objectives to all levels of the organization while identifying and sharing risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
