Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst in our New York City office to support business functions within LTX/Broadridge. This role focuses on business and operational support, including expense tracking, vendor coordination, reporting, and presentation development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be comfortable working across teams, following through on assignments with minimal supervision, and supporting various business-related processes. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are important for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, format, and edit presentations, reports, and other business materials in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Assist with expense tracking and reporting by gathering information, maintaining records, and running reports to support business needs.
• Support vendor relationship management processes by helping ensure information is entered accurately, documentation is maintained, and follow-up items are completed in a timely manner.
• Work within Zycus and partner with internal teams to help facilitate vendor-related processes, resolve issues, and track progress as needed.
• Generate and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports in Excel to support business operations and leadership requests.
• Assist with organizing and analyzing data for reporting, presentations, and operational decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other internal teams to help coordinate and resolve process-related questions or issues.
• Help track deliverables, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met and business activities move forward efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience, including internships or full-time experience in business operations, finance, accounting, or a related area.
• Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, or a corporate environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic Excel skills required, with the ability to work with data, maintain trackers, and run reports; more advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to format presentations and help create content for business materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to support changing business needs and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the New York City office, with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 USD annual base. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, location and education. Bonus eligible.
