What you'll doAs a technology business manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that align with our business goals. Specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the Technology organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that promote innovative solutions and business practices.
- Develop processes to systematically report on the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market and vendor research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Manage and oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking and collaboration across teams.
- Monitor and report on the progress of innovation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support innovation efforts.
- Support zero- based budgeting (ZBB) efforts by analyzing cost drivers, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with functional leaders to develop efficient, needs- based budgets.
What's required- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, with a focus on innovation or related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The annual base salary range for this role is $200,000-$275,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
