In this role as a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as a senior adviser and consultant responsible for a broad range of operational functions and projects
- Collaborating with office leadership on approaches to maximize the utilization of resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Preparing Congressional justifications and operating budget requests, monitoring and analyzing the budget, facilitating staffing and procurement activities, and facilitating space management.
- Serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative on one or more contracts.
- Communicating highly complex information to others via face-to-face meetings, telephone, or email.
- Developing and presenting detailed reports, presentations, schedules, talking points, policies and procedures that are clear and concise.
- Identifying and developing ways to resolve problems or cope with issues that affect the accomplishment of program goals and objectives

Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
SK-14: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-13 level:
- Leading the development of recommendations, administrative policies, procedures, or initiatives to meet organizational needs and accomplish program objectives.
- Experience in ALL of the following areas: Financial Management/budget analysis; human resources; acquisitions management; and general administrative support (such as space management, travel management, or records management).
