Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support Head of Technology Strategy to operationalize the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with Corient’s business strategy andexecutethetechnologyroadmap items.

  • Support the execution of key cross-functional initiatives by tracking progress against KPIs, analyzing performance data, andprovidingactionable insights to drive results.

  • Help translate strategicobjectivesinto initiatives with measurable outcomes.

  • Manage and coordinate selectnon-techspecial projects, ensuringtimelydelivery and stakeholder alignment.

Leadership Leverage & Communication

  • Serve as a trusted partnerto technology leaders below the CTO level.

  • Prepare execution updates and materials forCTO staffmeetings,cross-functional business manager forums, quarterly reviews, etc.,manage follow-ups, and track action items tomaintainexecution discipline and accountability.

  • Draft briefing notes,summaries,follow-ups, executive reportsfor all-handsmeetingsand other organizational updates.

Budget and Financial Stewardship

  • Support the technologybudgetannual planning and forecasting cycles, including OPEX and CAPEXspend against approved budget and surface anomalies

  • Drive cost optimization and efficiency bymonitoringdepartmental spending, analyzing variances, and partnering withcorresponding technologyfunction leads and vendors toidentifysavings and optimize investments.

  • Managetechnology vendorcoordination such as contract tracking, renewal calendars, usage vs spend analysis andsupport negotiation efforts as needed.

  • Prepare and deliver financial reporting and analysis in partnership with the Finance team, clearly articulating status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Organizational Design & Governance

  • Support workforce planning and organizational design effortsby providing input forroles, structure, and reporting cadence in alignment withthe demand of technology leaders.

  • Helpestablishgovernance routines to prioritize initiatives,allocateresources, and ensure accountability across teams.

  • Maintain operating artifactssuch as decision logs, risk registers, and dependency maps.

  • Act as a key coordination point between the Head of Technology Strategy and technology leadership (Data Engineering, Platform, IT Operations, PMO, and Information Security) tomaintainalignment, transparency, and effective communication.

Platform & Data Enablement

  • Bridge business operations and technology delivery to ensureadvisor, client, and internal experiences are seamless, consistent, and data-driven.

  • Partner with Data & Analytics leadership to implement scalable data governance and reporting frameworks aligned with the needs of the CTO organization.

  • Coordinate efforts between Salesforce andAddeparteams to improve visibility, integration, and adoption across platforms.

M&A Technology Integration

  • Collaborate with technology leaders toexecute andrefine onboarding playbooks for new acquisitions.

  • Tracktechnology dependencies (e.g.,Salesforce, Addepar) andidentifydataandinfrastructure requirements to accelerate post-acquisition integration.

  • Maintainintegrationissue logs and escalate recurring bottlenecks.

  • Captureintegration learningsand feed improvements back into playbooks.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience driving technologyoperations, strategy, and transformation, preferably from a consultingand FinTech/Technologybackground.

  • Hands-on experience running complex cross-functional initiatives from end to end.

  • Strong background in designing and implementing operational processes, dashboards, and governance frameworks that connect technology execution to business outcomes.

  • Highly collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to align diverse teams and Solid business and technicalacumen;capable of translating complex technology concepts into clear, actionable insights.

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.

  • Exposure to budgeting, vendor management, or large-scale integration is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Comfortable operating withambiguity and imperfect information.

Pay Information:

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. The pay for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
