JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team, where you’ll help connect technology investments to business outcomes. You’ll partner with leaders across Technology, Finance, Strategy, and the Front Office to drive clarity, accountability, and value.

As a Technology Business Manager in the Commercial & Investment Bank Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you serve as a trusted partner to a pillar of the Technology organization. You’ll translate financials into insights, steward budgets, and demand, and strengthen our control environment. Your work ensures the right investments are prioritized and delivered, and that senior leaders have clear, timely visibility into performance and risk.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted execution partner to Data Technology leadership and Lead Business Management
  • Own and maintain Data Technology portfolio governance frameworks, including Executive Management Reports (EMRs), dashboards, and standardized management information.
  • Partner with Technology leaders to drive transparency, accountability, and disciplined financial management.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of portfolio data used for senior management decision‑making.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, standardization, and automation readiness for portfolio reporting.
  • Act as the primary Data Technology interface for CTO scorecards, Markets  and enterprise performance reporting.
  • Program‑manage Data Technology senior leadership forums, including offsites, deep-dives, and strategy sessions.
  • Partners with Technology leads and HR on developing and executing approved Markets Technology workforce and location strategies, 
  • Track and report on organizational health metrics, including manager spans, autonomous breaks, and firmwide workforce requirements.
