JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Associate in the Business Lending Payments team, you are an integral part of a team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You own the UX and platform experience that helps customers digitally manage their business loan payments, acting as the voice of the customer while guiding product launches, gathering feedback, and delivering top-tier experiences across a wide range of initiatives and partner teams.

Job responsibilities

  • Support product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to define and deliver customer journeys and strategic platform initiatives
  • Translate customer, business, and platform outcomes into clear requirements, KPIs, and success metrics implemented as user stories and workflows
  • Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Track and support key product success metrics including cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Strong product mindset with customer-first thinking, crisp problem definition, principled prioritization, and measurable outcomes
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Familiarity with AI tooling such as agentic workflows, generative AI tools, or workflow automation
  • Background in Payments, Fintech, or Lending
