Join a newly created, high-impact role supporting one of CBRE's clients in the financial services sector. This position was established to elevate reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the account. While Cincinnati is the preferred location, we are open to remote candidates.

As a CBRE Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead efforts to consolidate, create, integrate, and manage data across multiple lines of business, transforming information into meaningful insights for both CBRE and the client. You will oversee data integration, operational reporting, dashboard development, ad hoc analysis, and data management initiatives that enhance visibility, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in advancing the account's reporting and analytics capabilities, delivering deeper client insights and driving continuous improvement through data.

This position is part of CBRE's Data Science & Analytics function, focused on leveraging data to improve business effectiveness, uncover trends, and support informed decision-making across the enterprise.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead efforts to consolidate, integrate, and maintain client data within CBRE platforms, ensuring accurate, consistent, and actionable information that supports business decision-making.
  • Oversee data management initiatives, including data validation, integration, transformation, and ongoing maintenance of reporting datasets.
  • Partner with account stakeholders, platform teams, and business leaders to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities across the portfolio.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, operational reports, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses that provide deeper visibility into portfolio performance and client outcomes.
  • Prepare and present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful business actions.
  • Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams to implement data solutions, enhance system capabilities, and streamline reporting processes.
  • Monitor reporting performance, measure business results against key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data, reporting, and process-related issues, driving continuous improvement across reporting and analytics functions.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects and coordinate resources across business, technology, and operational teams to support analytics and reporting objectives.
  • Coordinate day-to-day reporting and analytics activities, establish priorities, and ensure the successful delivery of data management and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small analytics team, providing guidance, support, and performance management to drive team success.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values while fostering collaboration and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, data integration, commercial real estate, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Commercial real estate, facilities management, or integrated services industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience integrating, consolidating, and managing data from multiple enterprise platforms, with knowledge of APIs, automated data pipelines, cloud-based analytics environments, and data governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools used to automate processes and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to develop executive-level dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations that translate complex information into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver a high level of support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to partner effectively across IT, operations, finance, account teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
