Job Description

Leads the business intelligence strategy for Corporate Accounts and Financial & Leasing Services (FIS), partnering with executive leadership to define performance measures, guide strategic planning, and transform enterprise data into actionable insights that drive commercial growth, operational value, and informed business decisions.

Job Duties

  • Develop and lead the business intelligence strategy supporting Corporate Accounts and Financial & Leasing Services (FIS), ensuring analytics, reporting, and insights align with organizational objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounts and FIS leadership to establish and maintain executive scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance measurement frameworks that enable informed decision making and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations and Analytics teams to align business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable analytics capabilities while serving as the business owner of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead strategic business planning and performance management by providing actionable insights, trend analysis, forecasting support, and recommendations that drive business growth and improve organizational performance.
  • Own the Corporate Accounts and FIS analytics and business intelligence roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, resource requirements, and executive priorities.
  • Drive enterprise data strategy by identifying data opportunities, closing information gaps, improving data governance, and ensuring leaders have timely, accurate, and meaningful information to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead the development of executive-level business reviews and presentations, translating complex analytical findings into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic oversight of rebate and commercial performance analytics, identifying opportunities to optimize financial performance, measure program effectiveness, and support long-term business planning.
  • Serve as the strategic advisor for Corporate Accounts and FIS business intelligence, continuously assessing which metrics define success, identifying emerging trends and risks, and recommending analytics initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact.


Job Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, strategic planning, sales operations, finance, healthcare analytics, or related business leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership through strategic planning, business performance management, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience developing executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and business performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable analytics strategies and executive recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence principles, data governance, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


Preferred:
  • Experience within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or related industry preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI) preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position is $106,402.00 - $148,963.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). This pay range represents the National Average of the range, and may vary depending on the location of the individual.

Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position, including level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
