Position Overview

As a Business Experience and Planning Manager Senior within PNC's Organizational Change Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or one of PNC's hub location.

The Business Experience & Planning Manager is a key leader within the Central Change Management Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, responsible for leading the content & readiness team and helping shape the strategy for consistent readiness execution across the organization. This role provides day-to-day leadership for intake, prioritization, resource planning, readiness execution, and continuous improvement to ensure change support is delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with line of business priorities.

In addition to people leadership, the manager owns the operating rhythm and practical execution model for OCM support. This includes coaching and developing team members, managing the Change Navigator Engagement intake process, assessing complexity and support needs, aligning resources to the right work, maintaining visibility into capacity, and improving templates, standard practices, tools, and transition materials so the team can execute with quality and consistency.

The manager also provides hands-on leadership for the most complex, ambiguous, or high-impact change efforts, including cross-line of business initiatives, system replacements, regulatory and investor-driven changes, mergers and acquisitions activities, self-identified issues, and other work where adoption risk is high. In these situations, the manager may lead strategy, provide direct OCM guidance, mentor assigned leads, support escalation, or help stabilize approach, ownership, and execution.

The manager partners with peers and leadership to keep OCM support aligned to business priorities and positioned as a consistent, value-added service across the organization.

PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
