Position Overview

As a Business Execution & Planning Manager Sr within PNC's Business Experience & Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Denver CO.

Role Summary

The Business Exp & Planning Manager Sr leads cross-functional efforts to enhance business planning methodologies and drive execution of key line-of-business strategies. This role is responsible for defining strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the organization, and delivering measurable business outcomes while upholding strong customer focus, leadership standards, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning & Execution

o Define and implement business planning processes that align with line-of-business objectives

o Design and oversee execution of strategic plans grounded in forecasts, operational insights, and business priorities

o Establish and drive key initiatives, growth strategies, and programs that deliver measurable impact
• Leadership & Team Management

o Lead and develop a team responsible for advancing business planning practices and execution

o Set clear direction, provide guidance, and ensure accountability for achieving business objectives

o Develop solutions that support both operational and financial objectives

Job Description
  • Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for portfolio size.
  • Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
  • Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
  • Oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
  • Coaches and develops portfolio managers. Works across multi-disciplinary functions, and manages vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $123,200.00 - $274,560.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
