Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Demonstrated functional and technical skills with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in teams to achieve project improvement.
• Knowledge of strategic and tactical functions across multiple sites.
• Financial, research, and statistical skills for resolving complex goals.
• Green Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives as outlined in the GBE A3.
• Implement and promote Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the organization.
• Reduce waste and variability to enhance processes and ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Initiate process improvements using Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques.
• Develop and validate processes based on established standards and best practices.
• Lead Kaizen projects by identifying best practices and timelines for execution.
• Facilitate Lean training and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the organization.
