Duties

Help

  • Serves as an Operations Directorate, Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) business enterprise analyst to develop, modify and/or enhance numerous applications used by the Agency under the purview of the Branch.
  • Develops new approaches with Headquarters' organizational entities across multidisciplinary lines and with competing interests to support ongoing processes and changing and evolving Agency e-tools and software needs.
  • Maintains a solid foundation of the processes and tasks associated with the performance and administration of DCAA audits and associated management and reporting activities to negotiate with various entities.
  • Maintains external contacts with DCMA, DoD Fourth Estate, industry leaders, and vendors to coordinate plans and obtain data on regulations, analytical techniques, performance, and costs.
  • Reviews and distributes timely updates to DCAA user manuals; trains users on new and revised e-tools procedures; and
    coordinates with IT on the various programs usage.

Drug Testing:
If you are given access to classified information, you will be subject to random drug testing. If you are selected for a special sensitive position, you will be placed in a drug testing designated position. You must pass a drug test before your assignment to such a position and you will be subject to random drug testing subsequent to your assignment.

Background Investigation: All selectees will be subject to a personnel security investigation which must be favorably adjudicated for occupancy of a sensitive position and/or access to classified information. If you are selected for a critical/special sensitive position, you will be subject to a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). For a critical sensitive position, you must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret level. For a special sensitive position, you must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level AND you will be subject to a random counterintelligence scope polygraph.

Qualifications

You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.

Specialized Experience:

You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience is defined as: applying qualitative and quantitative program analysis to evaluate and enhance enterprise-level business IT systems; OR track record of collaborating with diverse federal and industry stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate strategic plans, and implement complex automated solutions; OR ability to develop and improve audit and information technology tools that directly support agency-wide mission objectives.

Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: There is no substitution of education for experience at this grade level.

PCS: Relocation expenses reimbursed - Yes - You may qualify for reimbursement of relocation expenses in accordance with agency policy. Relocation expenses will be offered based on agency staffing needs and budgetary availability.
