What You Can Expect:

We're looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative to help shape the future of customer connections at Zoom. In this role, you'll identify and engage potential customers, opening doors that drive meaningful business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and prioritize accounts that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, social engagement, and personalized video messages.
  • Create thoughtful, tailored messaging that resonates with decision-makers and sparks genuine conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified opportunities and meet quarterly goals.
  • Engage with C-level executives and senior leaders to uncover their business challenges and explore how Zoom can help.
  • Experiment with new outreach strategies - creativity is encouraged!

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$27.16

Maximum:
$50.91

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
