Business Development Representative (ITAD, MSP or VAR a MUST)
The Role
We are seeking a driven, seasoned ITAD Business Development Representative to accelerate revenue growth within our ITAD division. In this autonomous, high-growth role, you will own the entire sales cycle-from prospecting to close-targeting enterprise corporations (2,000+ employees) and data centers. We are looking for a true hunter.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Close: Identify and secure new enterprise-level ITAD accounts and data centers.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite and key IT decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions for asset valuation, data destruction, and recycling.
- Pipeline Management: Track activities, metrics, and forecasts within the CRM.
Qualifications
- ITAD/MSP/VAR Experience: Proven track record selling ITAD/MSP/VAR is required.
- Enterprise Sales: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles required.
- Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry regulations, data destruction standards, and e-waste compliance.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients across North America.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives with autonomy and minimal red tape.
