Work Location:

This position is fully onsite at our Santa Ana office, allowing for real-time teamwork, immediate problem-solving, and a strong sense of community among our team members.

Who You Are:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and scheduling meetings for our sales team. This is a high-activity, outbound role focused on building pipeline and creating new client relationships.

This role requires a polished communicator who can confidently engage C-level executives and clearly articulate PRP's value proposition in a concise, professional, and compelling manner.

What You Will Do:
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and secure face-to-face meetings with C-Level stakeholders for our National Account Managers.
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and ask thoughtful questions to understand prospective client's business needs and identify opportunities.
  • Support the National Account Managers with a team approach to generating new appointments.
  • Meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.


What You Need:

Required:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a professional or office environment (internships or entry-level roles considered)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with executive presence, including confidence, poise, and professionalism when engaging with C-level stakeholders
  • Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport in an initial conversation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to succeed in a high-activity environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years' experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling
  • Prior sales, customer-facing, or lead generation experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales engagement platforms


Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary of $60,000, complemented by an attractive commission structure. As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, providing significant income potential based on your performance and achievements.

With our commission structure, your target earnings potential ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting the substantial rewards available to top-performing individuals.
