About the Role:
Lightspeed Restoration is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to focus on building relationships, generating referrals, and supporting the estimating process. This role plays a key part in growing the business by developing strong partnerships and ensuring opportunities are properly documented and converted into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with:
    • Insurance agents & adjusters
    • Plumbers
    • Property managers
    • Real estate professionals
  • Generate and manage referral pipelines
  • Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
