How You Sell- Consultative sales approach
- Relationship-based selling (not transactional)
- Educate customers on the restoration process
- Set clear expectations and communicate effectively
- Close commercial jobs without pressure or manipulation
What You'll Produce- $100,000+ per month in collected revenue
- $1M+ annually in commercial restoration sales
- Mid-size commercial projects ($50,000-$100,000)
- Strong, repeat referral relationships
- Long-term, sustainable revenue growth
