Full Job Description
Due to growth Greco Structures is adding a Business Development Manger to our Midland/Odessa team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across key markets. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who understands the construction/structural services industry and can translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Greco Structures' client base and market reach.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and other industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and potential growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids.
• Collaborate with internal teams-including estimating, engineering, and project management-to ensure alignment on client needs and project requirements.
• Represent Greco Structures at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within construction, structural services, or related industries.
