  • Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate high-value connections while increasing engagement with the Confidant Collective.
  • Expand Your Network: Prospect, onboard, and activate new agency accounts through sales calls, training, incentives, and FAM trips.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Inclusive Collection at industry events, conferences, and trade shows-both domestically and internationally.
  • Educate & Inspire: Deliver impactful product trainings via in-person events, sales calls, webinars, blitzes, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Partner with tour operators and internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Own Your Territory: Manage and optimize your regional budget to drive ROI through targeted sales activities.
  • Leverage Data & Tools: Utilize Salesforce to track performance, pipeline, competitive insights, and ROI.
  • Stay Connected: Maintain consistent communication with Regional Director, including weekly and bi-weekly meetings, for territory planning, strategy alignment, and performance reviews.
