POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Qcells Residential Business Office is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Residential Sales Team. The BDM is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with residential solar installers across the Southeast Region. This role serves as the primary commercial relationship owner for partner installers and is responsible for driving growth of Qcells' financing products alongside PV hardware and energy storage solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive TPO sales experience and is passionate about helping installers grow their businesses through innovative financing solutions, executive-level support, and strategic partnership development.

This role works closely with Sales Operations, Training, and Installer Risk teams to ensure partner installers are successfully onboarded, activated, and scaled on EnFin, Qcells' residential finance platform.

This is a remote position, preferably based in New Jersey, New York or Connecticut.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Residential solar financing experience (TPO focus)


  • Knowledge of residential PV and ESS systems


COMPENSATION:

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the anticipated annual base salary for this position is:

  • Zone 1 (Bay Area, NYC): $120,400 - $144,400


  • Zone 2 (CA, NJ, NY): $110,300 - $132,300


  • Zone 3 (All others): $100,300 - $120,300

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job's minimum qualifications.
