Full Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth of TriCore IMS's Analytical Systems Integration business through strategic engagement with industrial owners, operators, and EPC firms. The position focuses on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities associated with analyzer shelters, process analyzers, CEMS, sample systems, analyzer system modernization, analyzer relocations, turnkey integration projects, and associated engineering.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain executive, project, engineering, operations, maintenance, and procurement relationships as required within both owner organizations and EPC contractors. The individual will work closely with TriCore IMS operations, engineering, project delivery teams, and business development leadership to position the company for specification, bidding, and award of analytical system projects.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience in process analyzers, CEMS, analytical systems integration, instrumentation, automation, engineering services, or related industrial markets.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to industrial owners/operators and EPC organizations.
  • Understanding of analyzer technologies, sample conditioning systems, shelters, integration, startup, maintenance, and lifecycle support services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on Analytical Systems Integration growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with owner/operator organizations and EPC firms involved in capital projects, modernization programs, and compliance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for analyzer systems, CEMS, sample systems, analyzer shelters, engineering, integration, field construction support, commissioning, startup, and lifecycle service contracts.
  • Position TriCore IMS during project conceptualization, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational support phases.
  • Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to develop client strategies, site assessments, scope definitions, estimating inputs, and proposal content.
  • Maintain and advance opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
  • Lead client engagement activities including presentations, lunch-and-learns, industry events, and strategic account planning.
  • Support proposal development, commercial strategy, negotiations, and contract award activities.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts, account plans, and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Achieve annual bookings, revenue, and profitability objectives.

  • Process analyzers and analytical measurement systems
  • Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS)
  • Sample conditioning systems and analyzer shelters
  • Analyzer maintenance and lifecycle services
  • Industrial automation, controls, and electrical/instrumentation projects
  • Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, Thermo Fisher, SICK, Teledyne and similar platforms
