  • Internal Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate between Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, Business Operations, and Finance to ensure technical specifications and delivery timelines align with customer requirements. You'll bridge the gap between "what was sold" and "what is being built."
  • Partner Management: Coordinate with server ODM and rack integration partners to ensure customer success
  • Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities while nurturing and growing existing client partnerships.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

  • CRM Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC). You should be comfortable managing complex data sets and understanding how sales data impacts manufacturing forecasts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are required to track and manage demand, supply, and other key business metrics, and to synthesize key information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse personas at varied seniority levels, including procurement, engineering, quality, operations, and product management.
