Position Summary

Our company, Bellemare Specialized Logistics, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to develop and execute business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and outreach efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
