This is a market facing role to drive new revenue growth in the US BFSI market by developing and closing IoT-enabled and Geospatial datadriven solutions for Banking, Property & Casualty and Life Insurance clients. The role focuses on connected facility ecosystems, climate intelligence, satellite data, and GIS analytics to modernize underwriting, risk engineering, claims, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Own new logo acquisition and expansion of strategic Insurance accounts across the US.
• Engage CXO stakeholders to understand risk, underwriting, and claims challenges and translate them into differentiated IoT and Geospatial-led solutions.
• Position connected ecosystem solutions leveraging telematics, sensors, and real-time data for owned facilities and insured / financed assets.
• Shape and sell climate, catastrophe risk, satellite, and GIS-enabled insurance use cases.
• Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline aligned to Insurance growth priorities.
• Lead large deal pursuits in collaboration with solution architects, industry advisors, and partners.
• Represent the organization as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader in Insurance innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working with technology, data, and industry ecosystems.
• 13+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or enterprise sales within Insurance and Banking, Financial customers.
• Strong background in P&C and/or Life Insurance domains including underwriting, claims, and risk engineering.
• Experience selling or shaping solutions involving IoT, telematics, connected assets, analytics, or geospatial technologies.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Ability to articulate business value from integrating IoT data with climate, satellite, and GIS intelligence.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 a year
