The Business Development Manager will be responsible to develop strategic opportunities and build relationships with key customer accounts that will identify new business opportunities and drive business strategy. This position will be focused on initiatives designed to drive sustainable financial growth and forge strong customer relationships.
This position is also responsible to clearly articulate Coastal's value-added proposition and identify solutions to solve customer questions and concerns. Additionally, the BDM will also cultivate internal relationships with managers and executives to assist with the evaluation of sales strategy and results.

- Conducts product presentations with both potential as well as key customers.
- Attends and supports customer events.
- Supports daily sales activities.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:- Minimum 5 years' experience
