Full Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of Barco Healthcare's imaging technologies across hospitals and healthcare systems. In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance by building strong customer relationships and effectively demonstrating technical solutions to clinical stakeholders.

You will play an active role in managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while clearly communicating the value of our solutions to key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Barco Healthcare's imaging technologies at hospitals, health systems, and end-user accounts
  • Achieve regional sales targets and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle
  • Perform product demonstrations at clinical sites, highlighting clinical, operational, and financial benefits
  • Communicate the company's value proposition effectively to key stakeholders, including Directors and Chiefs of Radiology, Clinical IT, and Purchasing teams
  • Prospect and evaluate opportunities, conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and support customers through purchasing decisions
  • Build new customer relationships while maintaining and developing existing accounts
  • Present technical product features, benefits, and attributes to different healthcare audiences
  • Provide sales support to value-added resellers, distributors, integrated solution providers, and OEM partners
  • Develop and execute regional business plans, including strategic account segmentation


Your Profile
  • Experience in healthcare IT and capital equipment sales is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a complex sales environment
  • Experience engaging with physicians as part of a sales process
  • Proven and documented track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Formal sales training (e.g. Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling) is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication, phone, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present technical products effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% for customer visits, tradeshows, and internal meetings
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
