HT Global Circuits is expanding, and we’re looking for results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new revenue by prospecting, hunting, and closing deals with key hardware OEMs, EMS providers, and engineering firms. If you love the thrill of the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to nurturing long-term partnerships—this is your opportunity to earn uncapped commissions (OTE 2x base salary)while growing with a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt New Business:Prospect, identify, and engage decision-makers (Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain) at companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Master the Full Sales Cycle:Build rapport, diagnose pain points, position HT Global as a trusted PCB partner, request NDAs, secure RFQs, close deals, and nurture long-term ASL partnerships.
  • Own Your Pipeline:Relentlessly follow up, log all activity in CRM, and hold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)to expand key accounts.
  • Network Strategically:Develop champions across departments to ensure we’re on their Approved Supplier List (ASL), always adding value and quoting all PCB opportunities.
  • Accelerate Growth:Leverage cold calls, Teams meetings, trade shows, and in-person visits to build and grow a robust book of business.
  • Travel Expectations:The role requires travel of 20-30% for trade shows/customer visits.


What You Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience(PCB/electronics manufacturing is ahuge plus).
  • Technical familiarity with PCB specs (layer counts, materials, certifications like ISO/UL) is helpful.
  • Proven ability to hunt, not just farm—you love prospecting and closing new logos.
  • A network of procurement/hardware contacts Even better—we want you to hit the ground running.
  • CRM expertise(Odoo) and ruthless organization & time management skills.
