Position Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the physician and medical aesthetics marketplace. This role focuses on consultative selling of advanced anti-aging and skincare solutions, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The BDM manages the full sales cycle-from prospecting and relationship building to post-sale implementation and account optimization-while ensuring compliance and profitability.

This position supports the Austin, Texas area in the Southwest territory, and candidates must reside within or around Austin, Texas

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Build an annual business plan that drives practioner engagement and patient demand generation, inclusive of promotional events,
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations, leveraging clinical data and brand strategies, leveraging the "Revision Way of Selling".
  • Deliver practice development support, including staff training, marketing strategies, and patient engagement programs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including account demographics, sales history, and pipeline activity.
  • Monitor business performance trends, accurately forecast business plan, and provide corrective action, gap closer solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Manage sample inventory and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and clinical advancements through ongoing education and company-sponsored training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to optimize customer and consumer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and educational programs.
  • Uphold company values of integrity, compliance, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills
  • 2+ years of aesthetic, dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
  • Former aesthetician or clinical background is a plus.
