Business Development Manager - ATL National Legal Service Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow a book of business. Company offers end-to-end legal support services to law firms, corporations and governmental agencies throughout the nation and provides service in the Court Reporting, Record Retrieval, Jury Research, Litigation Graphics and Language Services business with a verifiable track record of success in selling and delivering various services. **Compensation:** Generous Base Salary PLUS an UNCAPPED industry leading commission structure along with other perks and reimbursements. 1st year target $100k-140k all in commensurate with experience **Requirements:** - Minimum 2-4 years' experience in business-to-business sales - Experience selling court reporting, litigation graphics, trial presentation support and jury research services is a plus. - Reliable with unbeatable work ethic. - Ability to work in a faced paced environment. - Unquestionable integrity and a willingness to learn. - Desire to grow both professionally and personally. - Must have a hunger for success. - Bachelors Degree or equivalent **Responsibilities** - Prospecting new clients by phone, in person, using social media and other methods. - Attend industry trade shows and conferences. - Canvas, prospect and present services in a sales territory that will include Atlanta and the surrounding areas including Buckhead, Alpharetta and more. - Deliver on KPI's and activity benchmarks. - Stay informed about industry trends and competition both locally and nationally. - Produce accurate prospective new business forecasts on a monthly basis. - Continue to grow and cultivate book of business upselling legal services. **Benefits include:** • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401k • PTO
