Primary Responsibilities - Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for New Charter's AI solutions and services.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with SMB and mid-market clients seeking AI adoption and integration support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients navigating AI strategy, tooling, and implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price AI enablement engagements.
- Build relationships with AI technology vendors and ecosystem partners to enhance NCT's solution offerings.
- Partner with marketing to develop AI-focused content, case studies, and demand generation campaigns.
- Educate internal sales teams on AI enablement offerings and positioning.
- Represent New Charter at industry events, webinars, and partner forums related to AI and digital transformation.
- Maintain pipeline data and forecasting accuracy within the CRM.
Preferred Skills & Experience - 4+ years of technology sales or business development experience, with exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, tools, and use cases (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, automation platforms, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing full sales cycles in a consultative, solutions-oriented environment.
- Strong CRM proficiency and structured pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Estimated Compensation Range: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commission
