Security Business Development & Growth ManagerMJM Ultimate Services Inc.What You'll Own- Bring existing relationships and knowledge of the security industry - decision-makers, competitors, pricing norms, how contracts get won and lost.
- Identify, pursue, and win new security contracts across public and private sector opportunities, including RFPs and competitive bids.
- Own the full lifecycle of a deal: prospecting, relationship-building, pricing, proposal, close - and staying involved through execution to make sure the work is delivered and the client stays happy.
- Work with ownership on pricing, margins, and contract strategy so what we bid is what we can profitably deliver.
- Build and maintain a real, trackable sales pipeline (CRM experience, especially HubSpot, is a strong plus).
- Represent MJM at industry events, networking functions, and with referral partners.
- As the division grows, help build and lead the team around you.
What We're Looking For- Real security industry experience - guard services, contracts, bidding, and how the larger players operate.
- A track record of closing deals, not just generating leads.
- Existing relationships in the industry you can bring with you.
- Comfort owning outcomes, not just tasks - you should be able to speak to pricing, staffing, and delivery, even if you're not the one physically doing every piece.
- Prior ownership, GM, or senior sales/BD leadership experience in security is a major plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - this role is a platform to build, not a maintained book of business.
Compensation & GrowthCompensation is negotiable based on experience, relationships, and what you bring to the table. The long-term structure is Base Salary + Performance-Based Compensation, with real upside for the person who builds this into a major MJM vertical - including leadership of the team built around them.
The Bottom LineWe're providing the platform. We're looking for someone who's already run this playbook before and wants to run it again - this time building something that's theirs.
If that's you, we want to talk.
